IN THE UNITED STATES DISTRICT COURT FOR THE EASTERN DISTRICT OF NORTH CAROLlNA EASTERN DIVISION Civil Action No.4: 11-cv-00059-BO Sirsi Corporation d/b/a SirsiDynix, Plaintiff, Order v. Craven-Pamlico-Carteret Library System, Regional Defendant. This matter is before the court on the Consent Motion to Modify the Scheduling Order filed by SirsiDynix. The Court, having reviewed the Consent Motion, has determined that good cause has been shown to grant the relief sought. Accordingly, the September 6, 2011 Scheduling Order is modified as follows: l. All discovery will be concluded by March 16, 2012; 2. All potentially dispositive motions will be filed by April 16, 2012.
