filed by SirsiDynix. The Court, having reviewed the Consent Motion, has determined that good
cause has been shown to grant the relief sought. In addition to the modifications contained in the
Court's January 11, 2012 Amended Scheduling Order, the September 6, 2011 Scheduling Order
is modified as follows:
1. Mediation will be concluded by March 16, 2012;
