IN THE UNITED STATES DISTRICT COURT FOR THE EASTERN DISTRICT OF NORTH CAROLINA EASTERN DIVISION Civil Action No.4: ll-cv-00059-BO Sirsi Corporation d/b/a SirsiDynix, Plaintiff, v. Order Craven-Pamlico-Carteret Library System, Regional Defendant. This matter is before the court on the Third Consent Motion to Modify the Scheduling Order filed by SirsiDynix. The Court, having reviewed the Consent Motion, has determined that good cause has been shown to grant the relief sought. Accordingly, the Amended Scheduling Order is modified as follows: 1. Discovery and mediation will be concluded by July 16,2012; 2. All potentially dispositive motions will be filed by August 15, 2012.
