all claims due against the Social Security Administration for attorney fees arising under the
Equal Access to Justice Act (EAJA). 28 U.S.G, §2412(d),
Itis therefore ORDERED that the CommiSsioner of Social Security pay to Plaintiff the
sum of$3,740.00 in attorney fees, in full satisfaction of
an claims arisingunderEAJA, 28 US.C.
§ 24 l2(d), and upon the payment ofsuch sums this case is dismissed with prejudice.
