JUDGMENT - IT IS ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED in accordance with the court's order entered September 15, 2016, and for the reasons set forth more specifically therein, that the court grants defendant's motion to dismiss plaintiff's r etaliation claim, and grants defendant's alternative motion for summary judgment for plaintiff's remaining claim. Specifically, the court dismisses with prejudice for lack of subject matter jurisdiction and for failure to state a claim plaintiff's retaliation claim and grants summary judgment in defendant's favor on plaintiffs claim for race and sex discrimination. This action came before the Honorable Louise W. Flanagan, United States District Judge, for
consideration of the defendant’s motion to dismiss, or in the alternative for summary judgment.
IT IS ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED in accordance with the court’s order entered
September 15, 2016, and for the reasons set forth more specifically therein, that the court grants
defendant’s motion to dismiss plaintiff’s retaliation claim, and grants defendant’s alternative motion
for summary judgment for plaintiff’s remaining claim. Specifically, the court dismisses with
