Social Security should pay the sum of $2 ,274.00 fo r attorne y fees , in full and final settlement o f

all claims due against the Social Security Administration, for attorney fees and costs ari sing
under the Equal Access to Justice Act (EAJA). 28 U.S.c. § 24 12(d).
This Court hereby awards Plaintiff 52,274.00 in attorney fees under the Equal Access to
Justice Act (28 U.s.c. § 2412(c) and (dj ), paid to Plaintiff s attorney if there is no debt that
qualifies under the Treasury Offse t Program (3 1 U.S .c. § 371 6). If there is such a debt, any fee
remainin g after o ffset will be payable to Plaintiff and deli vered to Plaintiff s attorney.
