Decision by Court. This case came before the Honorable Malcolm J. Howard, Senior United States District Judge January 25, 2011 for consideration of defendants' motion for summary judgment. The Court granted the motion for summary judgment and the defendants Johnston Community College, Dr. Donald L. Reichard and Donald H. Johnson were dismissed from this action by Order of the Court. IT IS ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED the parties filed a Stipulation of Dismissal as to the remaining defendant George Howard Jones, March 17, 2011 and the case was closed.
