Woody et al v. Bank of America Corporation et al

Filing 39

ORDER: In light of the Fourth Circuit's decision affirming this court's dismissal and judgment, plaintiffs' motion for objections [D.E. 28] is DENIED as moot. The court has reviewed the documents plaintiffs move to seal [D.E. 15, 16, 2 1] and finds that the documents were redacted when filed or do not fall under the privacy protections of Rule 5.2 of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure. See Fed. R. Civ. P. 5.2. Thus, plaintiffs' motion to seal [D.E. 33] is DENIED. Signed by Judge James C. Dever III on 1/7/2011. A copy of the order was mailed to the pro se plaintiffs' via U.S. Postal Service on 1/7/11 at their address of record. (Sawyer, D.)
