This action came before the Honorable Louise W. Flanagan, United States District Judge, for
consideration of defendants’ motion to enforce an arbitration award and to dismiss the complaint
pursuant to Rules 12(b)(1) and (6) of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure and the memorandum and
recommendation of the United States Magistrate Judge, to which plaintiff filed objections and
defendants responded.
IT IS ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED in accordance with the court’s order entered
February 12, 2013, and for the reasons set forth more specifically therein, that defendants’ motion
