dismiss the captioned Plaintiffs' claims against only Defendant Warren Pumps, LLC, pursuant to

IT IS, THEREFORE, ORDERED that the claims of Plaintiffs Graham Yates and
Becky Yates against the Defendant Warren Pumps, LLC, are hereby DISMISSED WITHOUT
