APPEALS OF BANKRUPTCY COURT ORDERS STAYING ARBITRATION
THIS MATTER came before the Court on Bank of America, N.A.’s Motion to
Consolidate the above-captioned appeals of bankruptcy court orders staying arbitration. As the
