JUDGMENT: IT IS ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Plaintiffs Motion for Judgment on the Pleadings [D.E. 22] is GRANTED, Defendants Motion for Judgment on the Pleadings [D.E. 25] is DENIED. The Court hereby reverses the Commissioners decision under sentence four of 42 U.S.C. §405(g), and remands the case to the Commissioner for further proceedings.
