The Court hereby reverses the Commissioner's decision under sentence four and remands the case to the Commissioner for an award of benefits only on the plaintiff's Title XVI Supplemental Security Income application effective as of the date of the plaintiff's 50th birthday. ORDER
This matter is before the Court on plaintiffs Motion for Judgment on the Pleadings and
defendant's Motion for Remand to the Commissioner. Plaintiffs counsel indicated that she did
not oppose the defendant's Motion for Remand.
Accordingly, for good cause shown, the Court hereby reverses the Commissioner's
decision under sentence four of 42 U.S. C. ยง 405(g) and remands the case to the Commissioner
for an award of benefits only on the plaintiffs Title XVI Supplemental Security Income
application effective as of the date of the plaintiffs 50th birthday.
