ORDER
Before the Court are motions pursuant to Rule 60(b) of the Federal Rules of Civil
Procedure filed in these closed cases. Each of these cases has been dismissed, judgment has
been entered, and the Court's most recent order denying Mr. Davis' request to reopen has been
affirmed by the court of appeals.
Mr. Davis' Rule 60(b) motion presents no coherent argument to the Court and is
frivolous. The motion is DENIED.
SO ORDERED, this
ij_ day of March, 2016.
