JUDGMENT on Attorney Fees. IT IS ORDERED, ADJUDGED, AND DECREED that the Plaintiff shall be, and hereby is, awarded the sum of $1,406.25 for attorney fees in full satisfaction of any and all claims against the Defendant arising under the EAJA, 2 8 U.S.C. § 2412(d), and upon the payment of such sum, theDefendant shall be discharged from any further liability for fees, costs or expenses up until this point in time; and It is further ORDERED, that payment of such amounts shall be made dire ctly to the Plaintiff's attorney. Provided that the award to Plaintiff is not subject to the Treasury Offset Program, payment will be made by check payable to Plaintiffs counsel, Brian Ricci, and mailed to the office address in accordance with P laintiff's assignment to counsel of his right to payment of attorney fees under EAJA.
