JUDGMENT - IT IS ORDERED, ADJUDGED, AND DECREED that pursuant to the court's order dated 6/2/2017 plaintiff's motion to amend and supplement the complaint, (DE # 23), is DENIED. State judicial defendants' motion to dismiss, (DE # 24), is GRANTED, and those defendants are DISMSSED from this action. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED that the court adopts the M&R as its own, and for the reasons stated therein, plaintiff's complaint is DISMISSED WITH PREJUDICE for failu re to prosecute and to comply with the court's prior orders.
