ORDER
The court has reviewed defendant L3Harris Technologies, Inc.' s motion to strike [D.E. 40]
the documents.that plaintiffs filed entitled, "Plaintiffs' Reply to L3/Hanis Response Plaintiffs'
Opposition to MTD" [D.E. 37]. The Federal Rules of Civil Procedure and the local rules of this
court do not permit a party to filed a response to a reply brief, yet that is what Docket Entry 37 is.
Thus, the court GRANTS defendants' motion to strike [D.E. 40] and STRIKES Docket Entry 37
from the record. The court also GRANTS plaintiff's motion for an extension of time [D.E. 26] and
plaintiff's motion to exceed the page limits [D.E. 30].
SO ORDERED. This~ day ofNovember, 2021.
