ORDER
On June 3, 2014, defendants filed a motion to dismiss plaintiff's complaint. See [D.E. 42];
Fed. R. Civ. P. 12(b)(6). On June 24,2014, the court notified plaintiff of the motion to dismiss, and
theconsequencesoffailingtorespond. See [D.E. 45]; Roseborov. Garrison, 528 F.2d309, 310 (4th
Cir. 1975) (per curiam). Plaintiff did not respond.
The court has reviewed the record under the governing standard. See Fed. R. Civ. P.
12(b)(6). Defendants' motion to dismiss [D.E. 42] is GRANTED.
