Given Defendant Cavalry Portfolio Services' previous notification of settlement ofthis matter [DE-ll] and Plaintiffs request that her claims against this defendant be dismissed with prejudice, the motion is ALLOWED, and Plaintiffs claims against Calvary Portfolio Services are DISMISSED with prejudice.
