Petitioner may file an application for attorney’s fees and expenses within 21 days of the order and Respondent shall have 21 days to respond. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the Clerk of Court is DIRECTED to close this case (see order dated 4/28/2014 [DE-27]).
