This action came before the Honorable Louise W. Flanagan, United States District Judge, for
consideration of plaintiff’s motion for attorney’s fees as to defendant Paula Oxendine.
IT IS ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED in accordance with the court’s text order
entered March 27, 2015, and for the reasons set forth more specifically therein, that plaintiff’s
motion for attorney’s fees is allowed to the extent set forth. Plaintiff is entitled to recover from
defendant Paula Oxendine attorney’s fees in the amount of $3,000.00, together with costs in the
amount of $400.00
