N O T I C E O F M A N UA L F I L I N G PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that Plaintiffs, Ryan McFadyen, Matthew Wilson, and Breck Archer, are manually filing a CD-ROM containing the Second Amended Complaint with its audio and video exhibits embedded within it.1 Manual filing of these materials is required because the file sizes of the audio and video attachments exceed the cumulative limits established for uploading materials to the Court's CM/ECF system. Manual filing is authorized by the Court's Standing Order No. 35 and the Electronic Case Filing Administrative Policies and Procedures Manual (January 21, 2009).
