Dorr LLP to withdraw from this case as counsel for defendants Duke University, Duke
University Health System, Inc., Richard Brodhead, Peter Lange, Larry Moneta, John
Burness, Tallman Trask, Suzanne Wasiolek, Mathew Drummond, Aaron Graves, Robert
Dean, Tara Levicy, Theresa Arico, Victor Dzau, Duke University Police Department, Leila
Humphries, Phyllis Cooper, William F. Garber, II, James Schwab, Joseph Fleming, Jeffrey
O. Best, Gary N. Smith, Greg Stotsenberg, Robert K. Steel, Private Diagnostic Clinic, PLLC,

Based on the motion submitted to the Court, and it appearing that the Duke
Defendants consent to the entry of this Order, the Court finds good cause for allowing

Cutler Pickering Hale & Dorr LLP to withdraw as counsel.
IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED, ADJUDGED, AND DECREED, for good cause
shown, that the motion of William F. Lee, Jamie S. Gorelick, Paul R.Q. Wolfson, and
Jennifer M. O’Connor of Wilmer Cutler Pickering Hale & Dorr LLP to withdraw as counsel
