IN THE UNITED STATES DISTRICT COURT FOR THE MIDDLE DISTRICT OF NORTH CAROLINA No. 1:08-CV-00119 EDWARD CARRINGTON, et al., Plaintiffs, v. Supplemental Rule 26(f) Report DUKE UNIVERSITY, et al., Defendants. On or about August 1, 2011, the parties in Carrington, et al. v. Duke University, et al., No. 1:08-CV-00119 and McFadyen, et al. v. Duke University, et al., No. 1:07-CV00953 submitted to this Court their respective reports as required under Rule 26(f) of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure. A pretrial conference in both cases is scheduled for August 17, 2011. Undersigned counsel wishes to advise this Court that the parties have now agreed on one item that had been the subject of disagreement. The parties now agree, subject to this Court's permission, that the date for exchanging initial disclosures as required under Rule 26(a) shall be ten days after this Court’s entry of a discovery order in these cases.
