This matter comes before the court upon the consent motion of Defendants Duke
University, Robert Dean, Matthew Drummond, Aaron Graves, and Gary N. Smith (the “Duke
Defendants”) for an order extending the time within which the Duke Defendants may file a
Rule 26(c) motion for a protective order concerning the Burson-Marsteller and Edelman
subpoenas through and including Thursday, December 8, 2011. For good cause shown,
IT IS ORDERED that the consent motion for extension (Docket No. 248) is
GRANTED and that the time within which the Duke Defendants may file a Rule 26(c)
motion for a protective order concerning the Burson-Marsteller and Edelman subpoenas is
extended through and including Thursday, December 8, 2011.
