ORDER
This matter is before the Court on Motion [Doc. #273] by Attorney William P.H.
Cary to Withdraw as Counsel for Defendants DNA Security, Inc. and Richard Clark. The
Court has reviewed the Motion and concludes that good cause exists to allow the requested
relief.
IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED that the Motion to Withdraw as Counsel [Doc.
#273] is GRANTED, and William P.H. Cary is hereby terminated as counsel of record in
this case.
