ORDER
This matter is before the Court on Plaintiffs’ Motion [Doc. #276] for an extension
of time to respond to Defendant’s Motion for Entry of Protective Order on Confidentiality
and Prospective Sealing Order. Defendants consent to the Motion. The Court has
reviewed the Motion and concludes that good cause exists to allow the requested
extension.
IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED that Plaintiffs’ Motion for Extension of Time to
Reply to Motion for Entry of Protective Order on Confidentiality and Prospective Sealing
Order by Duke University [Doc. #276] is GRANTED, and Plaintiffs have to and
including April 26, 2012, within which to file their response.
