ORDER
This matter is before the Court on Defendant’s Consent Motion [Doc. #299] to extend
the discovery period to obtain an affidavit from Plaintiff Breck Archer and attorney billing
records for Plaintiffs Ryan McFadyen and Breck Archer. The Court has reviewed Defendant’s
Motion and concludes that good cause exists to allow the requested extension for this limited
purpose.
IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED that Defendant’s Consent Motion to Extend
Discovery Period Solely to Secure an Affidavit from Plaintiff Breck Archer and Obtain Attorney
Billing Records for Plaintiffs Ryan McFadyen and Breck Archer [Doc. #299] is GRANTED,
and the time within which Plaintiffs may produce Plaintiff Breck Archer’s signed affidavit and
the attorney billing records for Plaintiffs Ryan McFadyen and Matthew Wilson is extended to
and including October 2, 2012.
