ORDER

This matter is before the Court on Motion [Doc. #371] by Attorney D. Martin
Warf to Withdraw as Counsel for Defendants Patrick Baker, Steven Chalmers, Beverly
Council, Ronald Hodge, Jeff Lamb, Stephen Mihaich, Michael Ripberger, and Lee Russ.
The Court has reviewed the Motion and concludes that good cause exists to allow the
requested relief.
IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED that the Motion to Withdraw as Counsel [Doc.
#371] is GRANTED, and D. Martin Warf, individually, is hereby terminated as counsel
of record in this case.
