ORDER
Before the Court is a Motion for Extension of Time to Respond to Linwood Wilson’s
Motion for Order to Show Cause (“Motion for Extension of Time”) [Doc. #380] filed by
Plaintiffs Ryan McFadyen, Matthew Wilson, and Breck Archer (“Plaintiffs”) on April 21, 2014.
Plaintiffs’ deadline to file a Response to Defendant Wilson’s Motion for Order to Show Cause
[Doc. #367] was due on April 21, 2014 and Plaintiffs have requested that the Court extend this
deadline to April 24, 2014. Upon review of the Motion and for good cause shown, the Court
will grant Plaintiffs’ Motion for Extension of Time [Doc. #380]. Plaintiffs will have up to and
including April 24, 2014 to file their Response to Defendant Wilson’s Motion for Order to Show
Cause [Doc. #367].1
IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED that Plaintiffs’ Motion for Extension of Time to
Respond to Linwood Wilson’s Motion for Order to Show Cause [Doc. #380] is GRANTED

Plaintiffs filed a Response in Opposition to Defendant Wilson’s Motion for Order to
Show Cause [Doc. #382] on April 22, 2014. As this Order will grant Plaintiffs’ Motion for
Extension of Time, the Court notes that Plaintiffs’ Response in Opposition to Defendant
Wilson’s Motion for Order to Show Cause [Doc. #382] is filed within the time period extended
by the Court.
