BEATY, District Judge.
This matter is before the Court on a Motion to Expedite Briefing on the Motion for
Judgment on the Pleadings and Motion to Dismiss Uncontested Renewed Motion to Dismiss
(“Motion to Expedite Briefing”) [Doc. #392] filed by Defendant Linwood Wilson (“Defendant
Wilson”). Specifically, this Motion seeks to expedite the briefing schedule for Defendant
Wilson’s Motion for Judgment on the Pleadings and Motion to Dismiss Uncontested Renewed
Motion to Dismiss [Doc. #389]. Pursuant to Local Rule 7.3(f), the Court finds that good cause
appears1 to grant Defendant Wilson’s Motion to Expedite Briefing.
IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED that the Motion to Expedite Briefing [Doc. #392] is
GRANTED. Plaintiffs have up to and including May 6, 2014 to respond to Defendant Wilson’s
