Defendant's Motion to Dismiss is DENIED. Plaintiff is hereby ORD ERED to submit his claims to arbitration in accordance with the terms and conditions of the Mutual Agreement to Arbitrate Claims within sixty (60) days of the entry of this order; FURTHER, that the parties are to file a status report with the court e very 150 days describing the status of the arbitration, and the parties shall notify the court within thirty (30) days of completion of the arbitration; FURTHER, that this action be STAYED pending completion of the arbitration of Plaintiff's claims or further order of this court.
