P 12(b)(6) _________________________________________________________________ Defendants Patrick Baker, Steven Chalmers, Beverly Council, Ronald Hodge, Jeff Lamb, Stephen Mihaich, Michael Ripberger, and Lee Russ ("Defendants") respectfully move the Court, pursuant to FED. R. CIV. P. 12(b)(6), to dismiss Plaintiffs' Complaint for failure to state a claim upon which relief can be granted.
