IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED the Motion for Default Judgment (Doc.
16), Motion for Directed Verdict (Doc. 17), Motion for Judgment Not
Withstanding the Verdict (Doc. 18), and Motion for Summary Judgment
(Doc. 19) are DENIED.
