Accordingly, this Court RECOMMENDS that Plaintiffs Motion for Judgment (Docket Entry 10 ) be DENIED, Defendant's Motion for Judgment on the Pleadings (Docket Entry 12 ) be GRANTED, and the final decision of the Commissioner be upheld.(Taylor, Abby)
