MEMORANDUM OPINION AND RECOMMENDATION OFUNITED STATES MAGISTRATE JUDGE, signed by MAG/JUDGE JOE L. WEBSTER on 10/30/2017, for the reasons stated herein, RECOMMENDED that Defendants' Motion to Dismiss (Docket Entry 14 ) be GRANTED IN PART as to Plaintiff's claims under Title VII and the NCEEPA, and otherwise DENIED WITHOUT PREJUDICE as to any remaining State law claims. To the extent Defendants seek sanctions, FURTHER RECOMMENDED that the Motion be DENIED.
