FURTHER that Plaintiff's motion for judgment on the pleadings (Doc. 11 ) is DE NIED, that Defendant's motion for judgment on the pleadings (Doc. 14 ) is GRANTED, that the Commissioner's decision is AFFIRMED, and that this action be dismissed with prejudice.
