FURTHER ORDERED that the Court adopts the Pretria l Schedule noted herein, with a deadline of May 24, 2024 to exchange proposed jury instructions and verdict sheets, a deadline of May 31, 2024 to file joint proposed jury instructions and verdict sheet, a deadline of June 21, 2024 to participate in re-convened mediation, a deadline of June 28, 2024 for Motions in Limine or other pretrial motions, with responses due July 8, 2024, and a final pretrial hearing on July 12, 2024 at 10:30 a.m. in Courtroom 1 of the United States Courthouse in Winston-Salem, North Carolina.
