On April 9, 2007, by Final Judgment and Order of Dismissal [Doc. 139], H o n . Lacy H. Thornburg vacated the preliminary injunctions entered in these m a tte rs . [Doc. 139, at 3]. The vacatur of the injunctions renders moot the b o n d s filed in these matters, that is, Injunction Bond #08678305 [Doc. 178], file d on August 10, 2004 in Civil Case No. 1:02cv243 and Injunction Bond # 0 8 6 6 4 1 6 9 [Doc. 19], filed on May 24, 2005 in Civil Case No. 1:05cv91.
