the action, the motion is granted.
IT IS, THEREFORE, ORDERED that the Plaintiff’s Unopposed Motion
for Voluntary Dismissal of Defendant/Claimant Van Smith [Doc. 96] is hereby
GRANTED and the Defendant/Claimant Van Smith is hereby DISMISSED
WITH PREJUDICE.
