THIS MATTER is before the Court on the Plaintiffs’ Consent Motion for
Voluntary Dismissal of Defendant Kerry Langley [Doc. 131].
Upon review of the Plaintiffs’ motion,

GRANTED, and Defendant Kerry Langley is hereby DISMISSED from this
action.
