IT IS, THEREFORE, ORDERED that the Plaintiff’s Motion to Dismiss
Civil Action, pursuant to Rule 41(a)(2) Federal Rules of Civil Procedure [Doc.
10] is hereby GRANTED and this action is hereby DISMISSED.
