For the reasons stated in the motion, and for cause shown, IT IS, THEREFORE, ORDERED that the Joint Motion [Doc. 332] is GRANTED, and all of the Plaintiffs’ claims against Defendant Dover Corporation are hereby DISMISSED WITHOUT PREJUDICE. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that Defendant Dover Corporation’s Motion to Dismiss [Doc. 251] is DENIED AS MOOT. IT IS SO ORDERED. Signed: March 4, 2014
