Further, pursuant to Rule 68 of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure, judgment is hereby entered in favor of the Plaintiff against Defendants Diamondback Tactical, LLLP and D-Back Acquisition Co. jointly and severally in the amount of $500.00 in full satisfaction of all claims alleged by Plaintiff against these Defendants. 2
