IT IS, THEREFORE ORDERED that the parties’ Joint Motion to
Dismiss [Doc. 164] is GRANTED, and the Plaintiffs’ claims against
Defendant Ford Motor Company are hereby DISMISSED WITHOUT
PREJUDICE.
