Upon review of the parties’ motion,
IT IS, THEREFORE ORDERED that the parties’ Joint Motion to
Dismiss [Doc. 187] is GRANTED, and the Plaintiffs’ claims against
Defendant William Powell Company are hereby DISMISSED WITHOUT
PREJUDICE.
IT IS SO ORDERED.
