IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the Defendant Pfizer, Inc.’s Motion for Summary Judgment [Doc. 79], and Plaintiffs’ Motion for Sanctions for Spoliation [Doc. 86], are DENIED AS MOOT. IT IS SO ORDERED.
