IT IS, THEREFORE, ORDERED that the parties’ Joint Motion [Doc.
63] is GRANTED, and all of the claims asserted by the Plaintiffs against the
Defendant Vanderbilt Minerals, LLC are hereby DISMISSED WITHOUT
PREJUDICE.
