IT IS, THEREFORE, ORDERED that the Plaintiff’s Motion to Dismiss
[Doc. 9] is GRANTED, and this civil action is hereby DISMISSED WITH
PREJUDICE pursuant to Rule 41(a)(2) of the Federal Rules of Civil
Procedure.
