Dismiss [Doc. 265] is GRANTED, and the Plaintiffs’ claims against
Defendant Anchor Darling Valve Company, sued as Flowserve Corporation,
Individually and as Successor in Interest to Anchor Darling Valve Company,
are hereby DISMISSED WITHOUT PREJUDICE.
